Learning through Interdisciplinary Field Education

Welcome to the webpage of LIFEdu project, which has been supported by the European Commision within the frame of Erasmus+ programme.

The main goal of the project is to promote field (outdoor) education and implement it into educational process as integral part of school curricula.

Information regarding Learning, Teaching & Training activities (LTTA) within the project.

1. LTT activities

The first LTT activities were planned to be held in May 2020 in Olomouc, Czech Republic. Due to pandemic situation project team several times postponed the plan. Since the pandemic situation seemed to be long-term, the team finally decided to organize LTTA online in the end of June 2021. Leading organization of LTTA was the Palacký University Olomouc.

In total, 25 university students and teachers from all educational levels from the Czech Republic, Slovenia and Serbia participated in the 1. LTTA. Online version of workshop focused on fieldwork was quite challenge, but according to feedback of participants we can say the workshop was successful.

2. LTT activities

The second LTT activities were planned to be held in May 2021 in Maribor, Slovenia. Due to postponement of the first LTTA were second LTTA organized in the end of September 2021. Leading organization of this LTTA was the University of Maribor.

Total of 29 university students and teachers from all educational levels from the Czech Republic, Slovenia and Serbia participated in the 2. LTTA.

3. LTT activities

The third LTT activities were held in May 2022 in Novi Sad, Serbia. Leading organization of this LTTA was the University of Novi Sad.

Total of 37 university students and teachers from all educational levels from the Czech Republic, Slovenia and Serbia participated in the 3. LTTA.
